CDL A Driver - 3 Days On / 4 Days Off - Home Daily - No Touch Freight

Fair Winds Transport is hiring CDL A drivers for a local position based out of Richmond, Virginia with a structured 3-day work week and 4 days off.

This is a straightforward, low-touch position with reliable scheduling and minimal physical workload.

Pay and Benefits

$22/hour + overtime after 40 hoursWeekly payMedical, dental and vision insurance available401(k)Paid Time Off begins accruing Day 1Performance bonuses when applicable

Position Details

Local routes - home daily
3-day work week (4 days off)
Night or early morning start times
Drop and hook freight (no-touch)

Requirements

Valid CDL A license
Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience
Must be 21 or older
Clean MVR
Current and valid DOT Medical Card
Able to pass drug screen and background check
Comfortable using GPS and smartphone applications
Must speak, read, and write in English
