• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis

Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing compassionate hospice care, including triaging patient calls, conducting field visits, and performing admissions.
