Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Responsibilities Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures. Recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients, delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff, and functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
