Qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) or TCC for a LEAD position
• Meets background check eligibility
• Must have Potty Training experience
• Must be able to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Must have toddler experience - 2 1/2 - 3 year olds
• Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
• Strong classroom management skills
• Dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment
• Implement lesson plans, training on sight

They are highly qualified childcare educators who are able to use their creativity and the Goddard Developmental Guidelines as the basis for unique lesson plans that are brought to life in a fun and imaginative way.
