Position Summary RMF Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer in our South Carolina office. Responsibilities Power distribution, including riser diagrams and panel schedules Lighting design, including fixture selection and controls Low-voltage systems including fire alarm, security and controls Calculate loads, fault current, and voltage drop Perform field surveys and support during construction Required Qualifications 0-5 years of design experience with electrical systems BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university Ability to travel domestically and internationally Professional registration or ability to obtain professional registration Experience with power system modeling and analysis using SKM is a major plus Ability to provide own local transportation to the office and project sites Ability to obtain necessary government security clearances if required Preferred Qualifications Experience in Revit and AutoCAD PE registration Higher education and healthcare design experience Experience in power distribution and low-voltage systems Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and standard industry design practices Strong teamwork, communication, and client relationship skills Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Benefits Excellent work environment Work from home Wednesdays Training and professional development Competitive salary Outstanding health and dental insurance Exceptional 401K retirement plan Paid holidays and vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr RMF Engineering, Inc.
