As a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within the People & Behavior discipline, you will be at the forefront of shaping innovative HR strategies that align with our business performance goals. You will be instrumental in transforming HR operations to boost business outcomes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and managing risk within a complex operational environment.

Your key responsibilities include designing and implementing visionary HR strategies and solutions, managing the effectiveness of HR operations and services, leading project delivery and overseeing budget and performance goals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be crucial for revenue generation and commercial success. You will lead managers across various activities, deeply analyze functions or specializations, and drive innovation and thought leadership. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities and manage Engagement Economics, including resource planning and budgeting for engagements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate leadership in managing complex solutions and projects, ensuring quality and risk management, and building client relations. Regular travel will be required to meet client needs, and you will frequently interact with external clients to manage relationships and lead engagements.

To qualify for the role, you must have a bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience, experience in leading and guiding teams to success, previous recent experience in a similar client facing role with a consulting firm, proficiency in process optimization and automation, expertise in digital strategy development, skill in designing HR performance metrics and measuring their impact, understanding of the HR technology landscape, experience driving HR Strategy and Operating Model design, knowledge of HR Compliance and Regulation Awareness, knowledge of risk management in HR quality and operations, ability to analyze organization and workforce dynamics, willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

EY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $145,800 to $333,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $174,900 to $378,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
