Senior Program Manager / Program Lead Job Location: New York Responsibilities Lead program engagements with 10+ years of experience. Manage workflows, Agentic AI projects, and SQL databases. Track project progress and share updates with stakeholders. Create and present SteerCo and ExCo summary decks for management review. Monitor KPIs and metrics, reporting findings to senior leadership. Liaise between project managers, leadership, and other stakeholders. Qualifications 10+ years of program management experience. Strong background in workflow management, Agentic AI, and SQL. Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills. Ability to explain technical and functional details to diverse audiences. Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level reporting. Preferred experience in Banking/Finance industry.
