Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events including conferences, promotional activities, fundraisers, and hospitality functions with precision and flair
• Develop compelling marketing strategies to promote events, services, and brand initiatives across multiple channels
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, and suppliers to ensure quality service within budget constraints
• Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact
• Coordinate logistics such as catering, banquet setup, guest registration, audiovisual needs, and décor to deliver seamless experiences
• Foster excellent customer service by engaging with guests, clients, and stakeholders professionally and proactively
• Oversee all aspects of events management from initial planning through post-event evaluation to ensure objectives are met or exceeded

Experience

• Proven experience in event marketing, event planning or hospitality roles within restaurants, hotels or similar settings
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure favorable terms
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management for events and marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, vendors, and guests
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Prior banquet experience or working within catering environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of contracts related to event services and hospitality operations is a plus
