Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant to lead and support end-to-end supply chain planning initiatives utilizing Kinaxis RapidResponse.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to design, configure, implement, and optimize enterprise supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate has strong functional supply chain expertise combined with hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience and a proven track record delivering successful planning transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and enhancement projects.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis solutions.

Design, configure, and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse applications.

Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve supply chain visibility and planning effectiveness.

Lead solution design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

Support testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer activities.

Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Troubleshoot application issues and provide post-implementation support.

Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

6+ years of supply chain consulting or planning experience.

4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation experience.

Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes.

Experience configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Experience leading Kinaxis implementation projects.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience creating technical and functional documentation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification (Level 1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced Kinaxis modules.

SAP, Oracle, or ERP integration experience.

Experience with data integration and ETL processes.

Global or multi-country supply chain experience.

Manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences, or distribution industry experience.

Supply chain transformation program experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $86/hour
