Title: Assistant Nurse Manager, NICU Status: Full-time Location: Fresno, California Relocation: Relocation Assistance Available Salary: $146,473 - $190,424 Bonus: Bonus Eligible Visa Support: No Visa Sponsorship Available Job Overview A leading healthcare organization in Central California is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to support a highly specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This leadership role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical expertise and a passion for mentoring teams while ensuring exceptional care for critically ill and premature newborns. The Assistant Nurse Manager will partner with nursing leadership to oversee daily clinical operations, support quality initiatives, promote staff development, and help maintain a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
