Associate Customer Service Representative

Providing front-line customer service support, the full-time Surplus Lines Customer Experience Associate will manage client communications, process surplus lines tax reports, and ensure compliance with regulations, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage client communications by responding to inquiries, billing questions, and payment confirmations professionally and timely Prepare, process, and distribute surplus lines tax reports and payments while coordinating with state regulators for compliance Train and mentor team members on workflows and processes, serving as an escalation point for client and operational issues Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of surplus lines tax filing experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving Collaborative team player with a focus on accuracy and thorough documentation
