We are looking for Mechanical Assemblers to join our teamon 2nd Shift. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Shift Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Hourly Rate: $20.21

You'll win us over by having the followingqualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, which mayinclude sitting, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and other movements asrequired throughout the workday

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsin English, including assembly, testing, safety, and equipment documentation

• Ability to assemble and adjust products in accordance with establishedwork instructions, specifications, and quality standards.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need forcurrent or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HighSchool Diploma or GED

You will make a difference by:

• Manufacturing products by following visual aids,written work instructions, established procedures, and verbal directions.

• Operating hand, pneumatic, and power tools, aswell as small and large production equipment, material handling devices, andcomputer-controlled machinery.

• Moving materials and components as needed tosupport production requirements and maintain efficient material flow.

• Rotating between workstations, work cells, anddepartments to support operational needs and production schedules.

• Completing and maintaining required production,quality, and departmental records.

• Identifying and reporting process, equipment, orquality issues to appropriate personnel.

• Performing product, equipment, and processsetups, adjustments, and changeovers in accordance with established procedures.

• Supporting a safe, organized, and team-orientedwork environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
