Mortgage Loan Officer

EverPeak Recruitment is conducting a search for a motivated and relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officer on behalf of a well-established, highly respected financial institution in the Central New York market. This is an excellent opportunity for a mortgage professional who enjoys business development, community engagement, and helping clients navigate the home financing process. The position offers strong referral networks, internal support, and uncapped earning potential.
- Average first-year earning potential of $100K+ based on performance
- Base salary plus uncapped commission structure
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new mortgage lending opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, business partners, and clients
- Guide borrowers through home financing and refinance options while delivering excellent customer service
- Review financial and credit information to support loan qualification and application accuracy
- Maintain a strong pipeline of lending opportunities and meet production goals
- Ensure complete and compliant loan documentation throughout the lending process
Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or relationship-driven sales preferred
- Strong communication, networking, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment
- Knowledge of residential lending products and credit evaluation processes preferred
