Location: San Diego, CA (Full-time, Hybrid)

• Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 annual salary

Your Toolkit:

• Experience: 5+ years of Account Management experience servicing midsize groups
• License: Active California Life and Health License
• Benefits Knowledge: Proficiency in EPIC and COBRA Administration
• Software: MS Office
• Occasional travel to visit clients

What You'll Do:

• Provide a high level of customer support to all clients
• Communicate with marketing representatives to market and service clients
• Request policy changes to the insurance company
• Create and market Request for Proposals
• Coordinate and present open enrollments ensuring all necessary materials are in hand
• Prepare insurance plan summaries for clients and prospects
