Role Description This full-time Human Resources Administrator role is an on-site position located in Howard Lake, MN. The Human Resources Administrator will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing new hires, terminations, and changes, and responding to associate inquiries. This role will assist with benefits administration, HRIS data entry and reporting, and coordination of timekeeping and attendance processes. The Human Resources Administrator will help ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations, support onboarding and orientation activities, and collaborate with HR leadership on policy implementation and employee communications. The position may also provide administrative support for training initiatives, recognition programs, and other HR projects that enhance the associate experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR processes and associate relations. Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle confidential information responsibly, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach are important. Previous experience in an HR, payroll, or office administration role and an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr MasterBrand, Inc.
