We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Camas Valley, Oregon. In this position, you will assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional health
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on patients' specific needs and goals
• Provide therapy interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive abilities
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, treatment plans, and long-term care strategies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon
• Proficiency in occupational therapy techniques, treatments, and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to treat a broad range of patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to patient care and safety
