For more information, please visit Job Title: Business Analyst Work Location: Tampa, Florida Job Summary: Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Capital Markets including Derivatives to support and enhance capital market operations and solutions Job Description Utilize indepth knowledge of Capital Markets including Derivatives to contribute to the design and implementation of marketrelated solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze market trends and support trading risk management and settlement processes Provide expertise in capital market instruments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency Engage in continuous learning and application of best practices within the Capital Market domain to drive innovation Support the development and maintenance of systems that facilitate capital market transactions and reporting Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical or process improvements Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to capital market products and derivatives Participate in knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to elevate overall domain expertise Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage capital market projects focusing on derivatives and other related instruments Analyze and interpret market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies relevant to capital markets Coordinate with business analysts developers and testers to deliver high quality solutions Act as a subject matter expert for capital markets providing guidance and support to junior team members Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to capital market operations Prepare comprehensive documentation reports and presentations for stakeholders Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the capital market domain Mandatory Skills : Capital Markets (incl.
