You’ll carefully review documentation, perform income calculations to determine cost-share, and ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently into systems like TX3C and FACS. With a strong attention to detail, you’ll maintain organized, compliant records and document all interactions, while proactively resolving customer and provider concerns to ensure a positive experience.
