This newly created position at Moving The Triangle Realty offers a unique opportunity within the Triangle real estate market. As the company's representative in local neighborhoods, you will engage directly with homeowners by knocking on doors, initiating meaningful conversations, building trust, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

This role does not involve selling homes or require a license. Instead, you serve as the company's public face and the vital link connecting communities with skilled agents. We provide the designated territories, comprehensive training, scripts, and ongoing support. You bring the enthusiasm, drive, and confidence to connect with people in person.

High achievers in this position can earn between $60,000 and $100,000+ in their first year, based on a performance-driven compensation model tied to appointments and successful closings. This is a full-fledged career path, not just a part-time job.

Responsibilities

• Master team prospecting scripts to effectively engage potential clients
• Identify and nurture sales leads, converting them into scheduled appointments
• Assess leads to determine their motivation and financial readiness for real estate agents
• Maintain and update the database along with productivity tracking reports
• Dedicate time to continuous learning and script refinement for skill enhancement
• Develop expertise in the local real estate market and community
• Utilize CRM Technology to log activities and manage client information
• Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods to introduce Moving The Triangle Realty and identify homeowners interested in buying or selling
• Initiate authentic, script-driven conversations to build trust and transform cold contacts into warm leads
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed agents, providing thorough and accurate lead details
• Consistently follow up with prospects not immediately ready to transact, using CRM tools to document every interaction
• Uphold the Moving The Triangle Realty brand with professionalism during all interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve weekly goals for door knocks, conversations, and appointments that directly impact earnings
• Engage actively in team training, script rehearsals, and role-playing exercises to enhance performance and increase income

Qualifications

You are coachable and hungry to learn - you take feedback well and apply it fast. You genuinely enjoy talking to people and do not take rejection personally. You are self-disciplined enough to hit your numbers without being micromanaged, and you understand that consistent daily activity is what creates results.

• Reliable vehicle and valid North Carolina driver's license
• Strong verbal communication and comfort with face-to-face conversation
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts and frameworks
• Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended stretches
• Prior sales, canvassing, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to commit to full-time hours (32+ per week) including some evenings and weekends when neighborhoods are most responsive
• No real estate license required
