Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered
• Prior experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Skilled in conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting student learning and social development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and document IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student success
• Monitor progress and maintain timely, accurate records and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and support for families regarding student communication needs
