Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of civil and/or water/waste water construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning, execution, and financial performance-while leading teams, building strong relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of project success-guiding teams, coordinating across disciplines, and keeping every phase moving forward. What You’ll Do: Lead project planning, preconstruction efforts, and execution strategies Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial performance Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation Direct subcontractor and vendor coordination, procurement, and performance Partner with field teams to align schedules, logistics, and daily execution Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Drive project closeout, including final documentation and turnover Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with construction management software (Procore, Vista, Bid2Win, etc.) preferred PTO (Paid Time Off) 401K and ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) Plans Competitive Base Pay Company Vehicle or Vehicle Reimbursement Opportunity for advancement On-site training MegaKC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
