Job Description:

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting analysis to identify opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions.
• Requirements gathering, aggregation and development.
• Design and visualization of both functional and technical solutions with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Detailed business process optimization and design.
• Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity.
• Root cause analysis and presentation of recommendations.
• Acting as the SME for one or more functional areas and delivering training in these areas.
• Performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate data.
• Contributing to the writing of papers for internal audiences

Basic qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical program management and functional and technical systems design.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all of the following methods data analysis/visualization, process design, stakeholder management, large systems deployments.
• Deep experience with Salesforce and/or similar CRM applications.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Proven ability to use data to qualify assumptions and recommendations •
• Ability to distill, cater, and communicate complex analysis and insights to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing •
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non technical stakeholders •
• Experience with the Financial Force Professional Services Automation (PSA) product or other PS automation application.
• Experience working within a high growth, technology company •
• Master's degree •
• Proven ability balance competing priorities, workloads, and tight timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
