Pay Rate: $33.50-$49.60 hourly

Job Description:

The Team Leader IV supervises the work of up to five or more employees for an assigned shift. Reports to the manager/supervisor and the primary purpose is to assign work and follow up on the work of other employees within the unit/department. Plans and assigns work to ensure maximum production and efficiency.

• Provides for and promotes inter and intradepartmental communication.
• Practices positive responses to job demands, changes, through organizational and time management to enhance positive outcomes in patient care and the Centers mission.
• Performs performance QA.
• Participates in interviewing new employee candidates.
• Enforces all FMC policies & procedures.
• Informs Manager/Assistant Manager of any concerns/problems.
• Counsels employee issues.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in nursing required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Valid license to practice nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• 2 years of experience in the appropriate nursing specialty.

Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
