You're not just filling inyou're making an impact. From opening accounts to guiding members through financial decisions, you'll be a trusted resource and a friendly face our members can count on.

Step in as a teller and handle transactions with speed, accuracy, and confidence

Keep your drawer balanced dailybecause details matter

Open new accounts and help members get started with the right financial tools

Recommend products and services that genuinely fit members' needs

Meet (and exceed) monthly goals for loans, new accounts, and referrals

Spot and prevent fraudulent activityprotecting both our members and the credit union

Assist members with safe deposit boxes, including opening and closing access

Review and explain credit reports in a way that actually makes sense to members

Guide members through the loan processfrom application to closing

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in a financial institution

At least 1 year of sales experience (in person and/or over the phone)

1+ year of cash handling experience

Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to walk into any branch and hit the ground running

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people

No two days (or locations) are the sameyou'll keep things fresh and interesting

You'll build relationships across multiple teams and communities

You'll grow your skills across teller services, accounts, and lending

You'll be part of a supportive team that values flexibility, service, and impact

As a Float, you'll travel between branchesand we make sure that time is valued. You'll be paid for your drive time by receiving a $320 monthly travel stipend to help cover the road. We know flexibility matters, and we make sure it pays off.
