Successful candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years' previous hospitality experience, and a proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. Flexible and malleable attitude towards new ideas. Must be able to stand for 9 hours. Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear. Good hearing for accurate communication. Command of the English language. Basic computer usage skills. Must be alert to guest needs. Ability to carry and lift small and large trays up to 40 pounds.
