MedCap Health is hiring multiple Physicians to lead talented healthcare specialists and nursing staff in the long-term care facilities If you love the thrill of hospital medicine but would prefer a position with more flexibility and growth potential, you could be who we're looking for! You'll join us on a contracted, full-time/part-time/flexible basis for the length of your contract. We value your medical abilities and will invest in your development and well-being by offering the following: Malpractice coverage Credential support On-the-job training Administrative support Telemedicine support for overnight and weekend coverage Career growth potential YOUR SCHEDULE Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability. YOUR DAY Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics Leadership experience would be preferred If you're currently a hospitalist, you could be an excellent fit for our healthcare team!
