We are seeking reliable talent for general warehouse roles encompassing core functions like receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and packing orders, and managing inventory. Job Details & Requirements:

• Compensation: Competitive pay, with rates typically ranging from $14.00/hr, and specialized roles up to $18.00/hr.
• Physical Demands: Roles often require repetitive lifting, frequently between 35 and 80 lbs.
• Work Conditions: Candidates must be comfortable working in a general warehouse environment, including environments that may be hot.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities include sorting materials, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and occasionally working in an assembly line for packaging or product modification.
• Material Handling: Move freight, stock, or other materials throughout the warehouse, using equipment such as pallet jacks. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs. Workers must install protective devices (e.g., bracing or strapping) to secure items for transport and prevent damage.
• Inventory and Quality Control (QC): Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory and materials. Maintain organized stock, perform cycle counts, and use computer systems to manage and track inventory records. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they are undamaged and correctly packaged, reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly cleaning up debris. Workers must strictly follow all company safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment. Duties also include inspecting warehouse equipment and facilities for maintenance needs and performing minor adjustments using hand tools.
• General Support: Read work orders, follow oral instructions to determine assignments, and efficiently carry and return necessary tools or supplies.
