Your Opportunity

Taylor DM Brands, formerly known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders
• Assist with order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information and obtaining invoices for reconciliation
• Respond to emails accurately and in a timely manner
• Work on a wide array of reports
• Other tasks as required to meet team goals

Your Shift:

• Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST

You Must Have:

• 2+ years of related/relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, independent judgement, and problem-solving abilities

We Would Also Prefer:

• Knowledge of promotional products and knowledge of shipping methods

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.00-$17.00. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
