Seats Incorporated is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Richland Center, WI, to provide maintenance support across manufacturing and support areas. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and completing projects/work orders to maintain a safe and efficient production environment. Compensation is based on experience, education, and certifications. The role is based at Seats–Richland Center facility, supporting manufacturing operations by producing custom-molded and fabricated foam parts. Work Experience, Skills and Education Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Maintenance certification or equivalent experience and training. Willingness to pursue continuing education and training to enhance relevant skills and stay current with industry advancements. Highly motivated and able to work independently while using good judgment. Skilled in machining, welding, and fabrication. Ability to program, install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify machinery. Ability to use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to solve problems. Ability to read and understand blueprints and wire schematics. Basic computer skills and knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic knowledge and training in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift). Frequent lifting of parts or equipment up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crawl as necessary to work in tight or awkward spaces to inspect or repair equipment. Valid driver's license required.
