Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Home Health

Provides personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager. Assigned to specific clients and performs services to maintain personal comfort. Responsibilities Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration. Patient hygiene – bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting. Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment – meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping. Follow written assignments and instructions. Complete and submit appropriate documentation. Qualifications Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice. At least eighteen (18) years of age. Current CPR certification and TB test. Benefits Create the schedule you want to work.
