Job Description

• Lead development and management of project schedules
• Drive milestones across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Maintain progress to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
• Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors across project phases
• Collaborate with the project team to develop subcontracts and purchase orders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and maintain alignment
• Partner with the Superintendent to execute field operations
• Oversee contract administration, permits, and compliance requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring strong financial performance
• Communicate consistently with internal teams and external partners
• Lead project closeout, including documentation and final deliverables
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager - Healthcare should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong technical background with proven delivery experience
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
