Production Technician II (Mid‐Level)

Location : 6925 Guion Rd, Indianapolis - IN 46268

Contract : 12Months with possible extension

Shift : 1st shift, M-F, 7:00 AM – 03:30 PM

Pay Rate : $27 - $30/hr on W2

Temp‐to‐Perm | Must have isolator experience | Pharma manufacturing background required

Overview:
Mid‐level role in aseptic filling within Manufacturing. Work in a GMP environment, progressing through multiple functions with growing responsibility and leadership. Exposure to SIP100; PPE provided.

Responsibilities:

• Certified entry into GMP cleanroom; perform sanitization, stock, equipment setup, aseptic filling.
• Execute fill processes using SOPs/batch records; verify equipment calibration & supply sanitization.
• Handle component prep, filling, capping, packaging, and equipment operation.
• Train new team members; provide floor leadership when needed.
• Manage hazardous chemical transport/disposal.
• Support schedule coordination and housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/equivalent (college preferred).
• 3–5 years aseptic filling experience in cGMP pharma manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP compliance, aseptic processes, equipment cleaning/prep.
• Physical ability: lift up to 50 lbs frequently; stand/walk most of shift.
