Offer ideas for improving workflows by identifying repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or streamlined procedures. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus. Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong accuracy (an online typing test is welcome). Comfortable navigating cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skillsable to document issues clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
