Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical Floor in Aiken, South Carolina. This role involves delivering competent, patient-centered care in a cardiac unit with a focus on comprehensive assessment, patient safety, and timely documentation. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Aiken, South Carolina


• Certifications and Education Requirements: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district; Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; BSN highly desired


• Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of Med/Surg (Medical Surgical) experience; Cerner Electronic Medical Record experience; Two (2) years of RN experience required


• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week, minimum of 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and the Crisis Prevention Institutes NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training course; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) training


• Additional Information: Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility; position involves providing age-appropriate patient care based on needs assessment and ongoing evaluations; compliance with all licensure and safety standards is mandatory


• Float: Float rotation may be required
