As a family-owned company with deep roots in the community, we are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys helping develop the next generation of technicians.This is a great opportunity for an installer who wants stability, strong benefits, and the chance to be a key part of a respected local team.What We Offer:Competitive pay: $25-$35 per hourUnion benefits packageMedical insurance fully paid by the company for employee and familyDental and vision coverage availablePaid vacation timeOngoing training and opportunities for advancementTeam breakfast meetingsConsistent local work areaSchedule:Monday -Friday7:30 AM - 4:30 PMOvertime available as neededWhat You'll Do:Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finishGuide and train installation helpers in proper techniquesMaintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer serviceDiagnose and address installation-related concernsCommunicate with homeowners and provide professional solutionsProperly use HVAC tools, equipment, and testing devicesWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of HVAC installation experiencePrevious lead installer or crew lead experience preferredAbility to train and mentor less experienced team membersValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordStrong understanding of jobsite safety practicesBasic HVAC hand tools requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the dayAbility to lift 70+ lbs when neededComfortable working in hot, cold, and varying jobsite conditionsAbility to safely climb step and extension laddersIf you're an experienced HVAC installer looking for a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship and its employees, we'd like to hear from you.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
