Flexographic Press Team Lead – Production Operations
Worksite: Garner, North Carolina

Role focus- Run a flexographic printing press to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Accurately complete the Production Traveler to document each step of the run.
- Maintain a clean press and work area to avoid potential hazardous conditions.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail to ensure thorough, accurate work.
- Apply logical, critical thinking to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Visually inspect every roll for correctness and absence of defects.
- Partner with fellow press operators and/or management to reach target results.
Monday–Thursday, 4:00 pm–2:00 am. Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.
