Need 2 Rad Onc experience RN travelers - 40 hours/week. The shift configurations for both would be 40/hr rotating (day shift, sometimes staggered shift times). For one RN posting: Procedural experience required, Brachytherapy experience preferred, Rad Onc experience preferred. For the other posting: Rad Onc experience required. MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding. MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required for onboarding. Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred. TB test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break. Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration. MGB Criminal Background Check required within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Massachusetts CORI required within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Resume required for submission including past 7 years of work experience. 2 references required within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset. MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions. Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation. MGB Education Verification required for onboarding. MGB SSN Trace required with criminal check. MGB National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually. MGB Exclusion Checks required within 30 days of start and annually.
