Payroll Compliance SpecialistThe Payroll Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations in relation to payroll and insurance programs. This role involves meticulous record-keeping, document preparation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance issues efficiently and professionally.The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.What You'll Be DoingProcesses weekly and monthly Certified Payroll and Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) reports, maintaining accurate records of all related documents.Leads the preparation of specialized compliance documents related to payroll, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.Manages and responds promptly to customer and department emails related to payroll compliance, providing clear and accurate information.Proofreads documents, contracts, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, ensuring all materials are error-free and adhere to regulatory requirements.Provides support on payroll projects, contributing to the successful implementation and management of payroll initiatives.What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
