Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare products for shipment according to company standards. Label, palletize, and stage orders for outbound delivery. Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment. Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders. Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies. Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals. Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures. Preferred Skills: Order Picking. Packing and Labeling. Shipping & Receiving. Inventory Control. RF Scanner Experience. Pallet Jack Operation. Forklift Experience (a plus). Quality Control. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
