Dental Practice ManagerDental Care Alliance is looking for a Operations manager in training for our office in the South FL area to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.Position Overview: As a Dental Practice Manager you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless employee and patient relations while driving operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss, including scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables, and expense management. Additionally, you will support business growth through sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
