Process routine policy changes and endorsements to ensure our clients have the protection they need. Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing to keep accounts in good standing. Document client interactions accurately within our system to ensure we are always providing consistent service. Collaborate with our sales team to ensure existing clients are fully aware of any gaps in their current coverage. Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment for walk-in visitors. Requirements Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Michigan. High school diploma or equivalent. Solid understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage types. Excellent ability to explain complex information in simple, clear terms. Experience using agency management software or similar customer databases. Patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
