Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule with the option of 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts.
• Outpatient caseload includes 20-30% extremity and 40-50% neck/back-cervical cases.
• Average daily volume is around 11 patients for PTs.
• EMR system is Prompt.
• Interviews will be virtual.
