- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve mobility and functional goals.
- Work with a diverse patient population in both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercise routines and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of New Mexico.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and collaboration.
