You’ll be part of a team where quality, reliability, and customer service matter. What You’ll Do Prepare substrates and media, then produce signs and graphics according to work orders and deadlines. Operate production equipment including wide‑format printers, vinyl plotters, laminators, cutters, saws, drills, and related tools. Complete installations, deliveries, site inspections, and field measurements. Check work for accuracy and quality before it moves to the next step or reaches the customer. Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and ready for safe, efficient production. Monitor material inventory and alert management before supplies affect workflow. Participate in daily production meetings and help adjust priorities to meet customer deadlines. Provide professional, helpful service to walk‑in customers and clients at job sites.
