Pay: $16–$19 per hour 
Service Location: Jacksonville, FL (Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties)
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Various weekday, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts are available based on availability. 
What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support clients with daily routines while maintaining dignity and respect
• Prepare light meals and assist with household tasks
• Offer companionship and attentive care
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CNA license, home health aide certificate from accredited school or at least 1 year of consistent caregiving experience
• Active CPR certification
• Current TB test with negative results (within the past year)
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential for this position
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background screening (Level 2 background screening
