Scheduler, State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA)

Scheduler Requirements:

• State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA).
• Long-Term Care experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• One year scheduling experience.

Scheduler Job Functions:

• Lead the labor management process.
• Understand facility budget, special pay policies, and pay practices.
• Results management.
• Immediate staffing.
• Schedule planning.
• Timecard/schedule reconciliation.
• Employee record maintenance.
