In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical IT initiatives that enable Crusoe’s digital backbone to scale alongside our rapidly expanding data center footprint.This is not a task-tracking role. You will serve as the connective tissue across IT, Security, and Enterprise Technology; ensuring technical rigor, operational discipline, and executive visibility across high-impact programs.What You’ll Be Working OnManaging scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex IT and security initiativesOwning full lifecycle delivery from intake through deployment and post-launch stabilizationProactively identifying delivery risks, system bottlenecks, and security remediation gaps; maintaining a clear “single source of truth” for mitigation plansCoordinating change management and workforce communications to drive adoption of new systems and processesActing as the primary liaison across System Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Service Desk, and Security/GRC teamsFacilitating priority alignment with department leaders to ensure execution supports C-suite objectivesManaging vendor and SaaS procurement cycles in partnership with stakeholdersImplementing and refining Agile governance processes, including standardized Jira structures for Initiatives, Epics, and TasksProviding executive-ready dashboards and reporting for the CTO and senior leadership, highlighting critical path items and value capture metricsWhat You’ll Bring to the Team10+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure or security programs in high-growth environmentsExpert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with experience designing structured boards that support both granular execution and executive reportingStrong technical foundation in at least two core areas such as cloud architecture (GCP/Azure), Zero Trust/Identity (Okta), secrets management (Vault), or enterprise systems (Oracle/Acumatica)Proven ability to translate technical blockers into concise, business-impact summaries for leadershipStrong risk management instincts with a proactive, “no surprises” operating styleBonus PointsExperience operating within IT & Security organizations at infrastructure or AI-focused companiesExperience formalizing Agile operating models across multi-functional teamsDemonstrated success driving AI-enabled process transformation initiativesBackground supporting global teams or infrastructure buildoutsBenefits:Competitive compensationRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off & paid holidaysComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offCompensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $180,000 - $200,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
