Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH) position available in Muskegon, Michigan. The role involves providing home health therapy services in a setting with a Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekends or holiday work required. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid physical therapy license, current state licensure in Michigan, and zero years of experience required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role follows facility fixed notes indicating a Monday through Friday holiday rotation with no weekends or holidays. The unit is equipped with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for documentation.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
