Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar. 3–5 years of litigation experience required.Experience in managing a diverse caseload with a focus on Behavioral Health law. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients to develop strategic legal approaches. Proven track record of representing clients in court with strong litigation skills. Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Skill in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision and adherence to standards. Capacity to work closely with senior attorneys and legal staff in a collaborative environment. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on legal trends in Behavioral Health law. Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse caseload with a focus on Behavioral Health, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal approaches that align with their unique needs and circumstances. Represent clients in court, demonstrating strong litigation skills and a commanding presence to advocate effectively.
