Field Executive, Training & Education Manager – Northwest Region Reports To: Executive Director, Retail & Commercial OVERVIEW The Field Executive, Training & Education Manage r is responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence, talent development, and education across KIKO MILANO's Macy's Shop-in-Shop (SIS) & Freestanding Store (FSS ) locations within the North West Region. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, hands-on field leader who is passionate about developing people, driving business results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will effectively balance commercial leadership, operational excellence, education, and talent development to support the continued growth of KIKO MILANO across both Freestanding Stores and Macy's Shop-in-Shop locations. The territory currently includes Northern California with markets subject to change based on business needs. This individual serves as a strategic field partner, leading business performance through coaching, education, operational execution, and people development while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and consistent brand standards across all locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITES COMMERICAL & OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across assigned SIS and FSS locations. Execute commercial initiatives, promotions, and business strategies to achieve regional objectives. Analyze business performance and develop action plans to maximize sales and operational excellence. Conduct regular store visits, ensuring execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational compliance. Support new store openings, remodels, and additional business initiatives as assigned. Maintain a strong field presence by spending a minimum of four (4.5) days per week in stores . TRAINING & EDUCATION Lead the execution of KIKO MILANO's education strategy across the region. Deliver onboarding, product knowledge, artistry, leadership, and operational training programs. Coach store leadership and field teams to improve selling behaviors, customer experience, and overall business performance. Ensure completion of all required learning programs, certifications, and compliance training. Reinforce education through ongoing coaching, performance observations, and development planning. PEOPLE LEADERSHIP Partner with Human Resources to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development. Coach and develop Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to build high-performing teams and strengthen internal bench strength. Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, retention, and continuous development. Support workforce planning, talent reviews, organizational change, and compliance with company policies and employment practices. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP Partner with Retail Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Human Resources, and Macy's leadership to execute key business initiatives. Provide regular business updates, performance analysis, and market insights to the Executive Director, Retail & Commercial. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business management, fashion, preferred or equivalent experience. 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or specialty retail. Experience managing both Freestanding Store (FSS) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) business models, preferably within a large commercial retail environment. Demonstrated success driving sales, developing leaders, and improving operational performance across multiple locations. Strong experience in coaching, training, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional artistry, makeup application, skincare, or beauty education experience is preferred but not required. TRAVEL & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS Frequent travel throughout the assigned region is required. Must spend at least four (4.5) days per week in stores supporting business performance and team development. Must be able to work a minimum of (2) Saturday's per month. A valid driver's license is required. Applicants must currently reside in San Francisco, CA metropolitan area. COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 annually. This range does not include additional compensation or benefits such as commission, overtime, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, retirement programs, or paid time off.
